Make these simple, creamy Oreo cheesecake bites using a no-bake method. They feature a crushed Oreo crust and a rich, velvety filling, perfect for parties or satisfying a sweet craving.

  • 24 Oreo cookies, crushed (for crust)
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted (for crust)
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened (for filling)
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar (for filling)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (for filling)
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream (for filling)
  • 1/2 cup crushed Oreo cookies (for mixing into filling)
  • Mini Oreo cookies or whipped cream (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust: Place the 24 crushed Oreos into a medium bowl. Pour the melted butter over the crumbs and mix until fully combined.
  2. Press the crust mixture firmly into the bottom of a lined mini muffin tin or silicone mold to form the base for each bite. Chill in the freezer for 10 minutes.
  3. Prepare the filling: In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until just combined.
  5. Fold in the 1/2 cup of crushed Oreos into the cheesecake mixture.
  6. Spoon or pipe the cheesecake filling over the chilled Oreo crusts in the muffin tin.
  7. Return the bites to the freezer for at least 1 hour, or until firm.
  8. Before serving, top each bite with a mini Oreo cookie or a dollop of whipped cream.
