Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy. This step builds the texture for your soft baked cookies.
  3. Beat in the maple syrup and vanilla extract until combined. Add the egg and mix well.
