Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees Celsius). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
  2. Remove any loose outer leaves from the cabbage. Cut the cabbage head into 8 equal wedges, keeping the core intact on each wedge to hold the layers together.
